My gap

According to the definition, "Design is conceiving and giving form to artifacts that solve problems."

A good road-bike is quick, but the narrow and long lines of the wheel rolls up water and splashes on my face on rainy days. It does cause a lot of discomfort. 

So I would like to improve the wheel.
